No reason to complain, overall modern and absolutely fabulous place.

Very very helpful staff and the place was spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated units with breakfast. Comfortable location for Mecca, right by the shopping centers and various options of restaurants.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great selection of outstanding options. The room was well decorated & reasonably large with breakfast. Appreciated our very very good stay at this hotel and will come back.

I found the rooms to be quite spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere after long days of meetings. The hotel is conveniently located as well, with numerous shops within walking distance, which made it easy for me to grab what I needed. I also appreciated the regular shuttle service that runs every hour to Haram, making access to key locations stress-free. One of the standout features was the friendliness of the bell staff, who were always ready to assist when I needed anything, including a quick supply of water.

Not for the faint of heart

Everything you need for shopping is walking distance. I was just blown away that they have a bus doing back and forth to el Haram, way convenient. It, let me tell you.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but it was still alright.

Great location and friendly staff

I stayed for 7 nights in a Triple Room and enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the cute atmosphere. The shuttle service to Masjid al Harram was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk, but there could be better communication due to language barriers.

The bus service needs improvement. It's advertised as 24 hours, but timings feel unpredictable and often inconvenient. Room amenities lacked a telephone, and the pillows offered little comfort. Some family members reported cleanliness issues, including unpleasant odors and insufficient towels provided for a quadruple room.

I found the hotel very cute with spacious rooms and easy accessibility. The location was fantastic-close to various restaurants, and the shuttle service made traveling to Masjid al Harram hassle-free. Everything was impeccably clean.

Improved language skills for staff would be beneficial.
